My stay at Shishangeni was lovely. the staff went above and beyond to make every moment special. The food was fantastic, and my room was immaculate. I truly felt like I was immersed in the beauty of nature with the privacy of the lodge, although there were a few minor moments where the service could have been slightly quicker.
The accommodations were spacious and immaculate. I had some of the best sleep ever there.
Every employee I encountered was friendly and eager to help. a special shoutout to the chef, Tembe, who catered to my daughter's gluten-free needs.
The lodge's location within a private area of the park was perfect for spotting the Big 5. the serene environment made our experience even more magical.
Dining was a highlight. from baked chocolate cakes to exquisite meals, everything was top notch.
The facilities included dry cleaning and porter services which added convenience. everything was designed with comfort and eco-friendliness in mind.

My stay was nothing short of very nice, but it could have been slightly better organized. The wildlife experience was extraordinary, especially spotting the big five. However, I felt a bit underwhelmed during check-in and the staff could improve their communication about the facilities.
The chalet was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with an outdoor shower. The view from my balcony of a herd of elephants was simply amazing.
While the staff were friendly, the welcome felt lacking as I was charged for water after requesting it instead of juice. There was also a lack of information provided about the lodge's amenities, leading to some missed opportunities.
The hotel's location within the park was perfect for daily game drives, and driving through the park to reach the lodge added to the experience. Nature surrounded me at every turn.
The meals were generous, with a delicious buffet style once more guests arrived. The portion sizes were definitely suitable for someone with a hefty appetite, yet certain items took a while to be replenished.
